I had one interview in person, and was told I had the job before I left. It was very easy, and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. The interview took less than 30 minutes, and it felt more or less like a conversation between friends, as there was not much tension that was felt.

I applied online and a few days later I got a call from the assistant store manager. I interviewed in person and got a call a few days later with an offer.
In person meeting at the store, the interview lasted around 30 minutes. In the beginning they explained all the tasks of the position. You have time at the end to ask all your questions.

Describe a stress situation and how did I handle it
The interview/onboarding process was swift, I initially met with the the store's general manager and then briefly spoke with the other department heads. They called to confirm employment within two days from the interview.
