Initial communication about my application was great, quickly followed by an Indeed interview with the hiring manager. Had quite an informal chat to discuss the job as well as an opportunity to describe why I was a good fit for it. Towards the end of the call, I was told I should expect a 2nd stage interview with the managing director the following week.... Unfortunately I have been completely ghosted and it has been 3 weeks since the first interview - no communication since even though I sent an email to ask if a decision had been made. It's a two way street, don't waste people's time.
