They interviewed me over zoom the first time, and it went fairly well, but you do have to go through 2 more interviews. The second one they make you go to their office and edit a short piece. I was able to complete the task, and then they do a 30 min interview after with you. I didn't end up making it through to the next round but it was okay, as the content wasn't something I wanted to work on long term

There were about three to four rounds of the interviewing process. There will be an assessment that you will be given after passing the first interview. Then after that there’s a waiting period before getting a response on whether or not you’re moving forward.

They will make you go through 3 rounds of interviews, and a super long assessment. But they only offer a job with 6 month probation period. It only has a contractor's contract under a third party company. A big red flag, run!
