The interview process was very relaxed and more of a conversational style than formal interviews. First was a screen with the recruiter, who does not work for the company but is a friend of the CEO. The screen was laid back but the recruiter did not have many details of the role they were screening for (Benefits info, 401k, bonuses, profit sharing, time off, etc). After that, about a week later was an hour long conversation with the Hiring Manager and one other Manager. Again, very laid back and chatted about company history, what they were looking for in role, and some of the issues the role was to address. They asked very few questions about my background. That was my final chat with anyone associated with the company as they eventually stopped replying to my emails. This was the first time i'd been ghosted by a company after interviewing.
