I replied to their LinkedIn inmail as they asked to set up an initial call. However, the person didn't call at all and replied to my follow-up message 2 days later and assigned another person to call me. The phone interview was also bad, sounded like a typical agency recruiter call, nothing like what their website says at all. Negative candidate experience and lack of consistency
