When I interviewed for the Designer role, the process consisted of 3 steps. which was a phone screening, video call with the manager and a final call with another member of the department you'll operate for. Although the team is looking for individuals with the experience and knoweledge to complete the job, they're also reviewing the candidate's personality, communication skills and values. In other words, the interviewers are considering candidates by seeing if they fulfill soft requirements (personality/ value alignment) and hard requirements (ability to do the job). As a result
