Spoke with the recruiter over the phone. I asked what I felt like were basic questions about the team and the management style. I got the impression she was making things up and really didn't know anything about the team or the manager. Red flag. I asked about flexibility to work partially remotely and she indicated there "might be some flexibility if you have an appointment." Another red flag.
