I had two interviews with Creative Assembly where the first and second were rejections, They called me back for the second one around a month afterward. For both decisions, it took around 5 months in total to finalise two job application processes. Feedback on how to improve was given after the first interview, I had fulfilled the criteria before I was asked back for second interview in which case it didn't matter since the feedback for the second interview was "We picked someone with managerial attributes". Both final interviews, had the interviewers come late and the experience made me wiser as I knew what I had to do to get the job and how interviews from big companies are set but if you are looking for a job within a time period then do not apply for this job unless you want a 3 month waiting time from start to finish.
