Pros: Smooth interview process. All of the questions were straight forward and the interviewers were nice and friendly. Seem to be more interested in client (stakeholder) experience as opposed to experience working with start-ups or in tech. Cons: One thing I did not like about the interview process was you never actually hear if you're rejected or not which is poor practise in my opinion, particularly after the interview stage.

Three rounds of interviews, with each round containing similar questions about my background, any experience working with entrepreneurs, and the best places to recruit ventures. They also emphasize the word-load which is seasonal and cyclical.
