The interview experience I had was notably unconventional and left much to be desired in terms of professionalism. The HR representative presented themselves in a manner that didn't align with typical professional standards. Furthermore, the questions posed during the interview seemed ill-suited for the role in question. Adding to the peculiar experience was the COO's participation in the call, whose command of English was noticeably limited, and whose title seemed disproportionate to a professional background of just four years, raising questions about the authenticity of her role. Additionally, the nature of the questions asked by the COO was unusual. Despite these red flags, I chose to proceed with the interview to its conclusion, adhering to professional etiquette. Unsurprisingly, follow-up communication was nonexistent. The company's lack of a solid online presence, coupled with a predominantly outsourced virtual assistant workforce, further adds to the caution one might exercise when considering engagement with them.
