2 interviews same day. 1 with Management and 1 with Technical interviewer. The Management interview is what you'd expect (what projects have you worked on and what are future ambitions, etc). Tech interview asked to describe an application I helped develop.

Recruiter reached out to me saying that they are looking for a junior developer with not much of experience, but willingness to learn (which is me). I had a face to face onsite interview with 3 people next to me and 2 people on the phone. Those 3 people were going in and out of the room a couple of times, which made me a bit hard to concentrate. On the phone, it was a bit hard to hear the person and I probably misunderstood some of the questions. No one asked me anything about my code, my job experience or even me , every question was on how much I know an API theory.
