I first made an online submission with resume and cover letter. Next, I was invited to make a video recording of my answers to 10 or so questions. Next I was invited to provide a written response to 5 questions related to project management.

Video questions: What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? Do you consider yourself a nice person? What kind of company culture to you like to work in? What are 2 of your pet-peeves? What do you know about our company?
Written response: Describe how you would handle a Partner's objections to current EHR capabilities. Provide details on how you handle multiple projects. Provide an exaple of a project plan for implementation. Your customer's project has fallen behind in deliverables and you are presenting an action plan to get them back on schedule. Provide a draft communication that you would send to the customer. Discuss how you handle collecting feedback from end users of varying technical strength.
