A technical coding phone interview followed by a multiple interviews onsite. They offered me the position , but once they heard my current compensation, they backed off. They tried to low ball with a lower designation and then they said they will get back in few days. But they disappeared without even having the courtesy to get back. Poor Recruitment process and the recruiters do not care for the candidates. They also try to low ball the offer by saying credit karma has lots of growth potential.
