I wish I could say I had a better experience, I really do. I was very excited to have gotten a phone interview with the hiring manager which I felt went well, because I was sent an Excel exercise to complete afterwards. After spending a considerable amount of time on the exercise, I then received complete radio silence from the hiring manager, despite following up multiple times. A couple months later, I then received the standard rejection email template from their automated system, not even from the hiring manager that I had been speaking to throughout the entire process. The fact that I was sent the automated "Thank you for your interest" email rather than being given feedback on the case or even contacted by the hiring manager speaks volumes to how much they care about your time and effort.

I had the opportunity to interview with Credit Karma for a marketing position. This is a company where employees truly embody what their company mission and goals are. There was not one person I spoke with that felt inauthentic, everyone was genuine. The recruitment team was great in terms of quick responses and communication. The interview process consisted of an initial call, case study and then panel interview, so pretty standard hiring process (not too short and not too long or drawn out like other places).
This interview was one of the best interviews I've had this year to be honest, and I've applied to both large and small businesses. This is a company I'll be applying to again because there's something special at Credit Karma that's hard to find elsewhere.

Very straightforward. Began with a phone screening by an HR rep, followed by a video conference with the hiring manager. During this we discussed my background and qualifications, as well as the company and position in more detail. I also completed a brief Excel case study to test my analytic process and problem solving. The final round was a half-day, in-person interview where I met with a panel of managers and team members, which contained additional case studies. Overall, the process took several weeks, and I was thrilled to accept their offer.
