It's a chaotic process without structure or focus. The interviewers went on a tangent. Multiple interviews with hiring managers with the same focus. A peer interview and another interview by a junior PM.

Very friendly, I met with 7-8 people and the interview process was scripted, yet practical. Had to be prepped to do various case studies with various members of leadership. Some were better than others, it seemed like a checklist to some. To others, we went off script which was more meaningful
