After speaking with the recruiter, I interviewed with Mohamed Buhari, AVP and Hiring Manager. Unfortunately, the interview experience was disappointing. The conversation lacked structure, and the overall process did not feel professional or well organized. I believe additional interviewer training would help ensure a more consistent and respectful candidate experience.

The interview started off with a good note but by the end of the interview no clear response was given yet waited for a couple months to get a response back.
