HR does not conduct interviews. The interviews are conducted by team leads that are hired by an outsourcing partner, and who are not Credit Associate direct hires. They are not trained to properly recruit and just go by favoritism, asking unrelated or poor questions, the kind of characteristics that hinders employers!
