I applied through an agecy. A person call me and holding a conversation about my background and so on. It was only one phone interview, the didn´t offer the job. The interviewer was kind and not stressfull.

Contacted by a recruiter, had a phone interview and then a face to face. All really nice people and the interview went well. Around a week later I was told they were still deciding should wait at least another week. Heard nothing from then since. Seemed like good people and a good company but they let themselves down with lack of communication.
