The interview process started out with typical quick phone interview followed by a more detailed phone interview. A week passed by with email exchanges. Finally, a third phone interview with a different recruiter. Two more days passed by and I received an email requesting me to submit a video on why the company should pick me. Done. Then, the initial recruiter said the higher ups were out of town and it would be a week before the next phase of the interview process. One week turned into two weeks. I finally was given a date for the in person interview for the following week.
