informal, relaxed and very professional. partly structured but not too much. if i preferred working on existing accounts or create new ones. i said i am used to doing things from scratch but it would be a nice experience to work on accounts that are well established, for a change. what do i do outside of work. i said i spend time with my kids, try to help younger entrepreneurs. that i am involved in conferences for gifted kids. that i like house construction, food and drink, etc.
