Very thorough interview process. First step is a phone screen with a recruiter. Second step is a face to face interview with the recruiter. Final step is with 3 Crew Carwash members: a GM, someone in HR, and also an AD. Everyone that I interacted with at Crew Carwash so nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the interview process.
Thank you for your interview information, but I believe this was for a "Management Interview" and not an "Associate Interview" as HR does not get involved in Associate Interviews.

it’s was pretty short. lots of hypothetical what would you do in this situations questions. apparently a is you meet the AD then you have a really good chance at getting the job

It was a bit lengthy, but a really good and friendly experience. I learned a lot from it for other interviews moving forward. I felt very comfortable during the process and although there was a lot they got back to me quickly and kept the process moving really well
