Colloquio
First round with the Hiring Manager and his team. There was no structure or relevant questions. Another interview in the call asked a guesstimate in the last 5mins of the interview.
Second round with VP and CEO. Again generic questions about my work experience and what I want to do next.
Third and the final round with 2 Product Directors. Same questions about my work experience and why I want to join. The interview ended with them describing their teams and asking me which team would I want to join (none of this was in JD btw). I felt quite positive after the call.
I got rejection after 2 days with no details or feedback. HR has left my message on 'seen'.

Interview has 3 rounds, first round is with recruiter and second round is a technical interview with the director and final round is with HR. Second round is tough, as they were testing my project management skills and experience
