Call a phone number to get instructions on how to apply. I was then contacted to schedule a phone interview, after which I was asked to complete an assessment (answer some common client scenarios and research a couple different platforms and make a pros and cons list). I was brought in for a team interview, then a final interview with the Director of Operations.
I had a great interviewing experience. It was difficult but fun, and even though it was long I appreciated how thorough it was and how well it set me up for the company culture and fast-paced atmosphere.

I received an availability request and the person on the other line sounded like a robot. She gave me a summary of the role, salary and next steps, and the 5+ assessments I had to take before being able to have a conversation with a hiring manager to see if I would be a fit or not. She took a look at my resume and encouraged me to apply to for the recruiting lead position but that’s not what I was interested in. I ended up leaving the interview process due to the lack of personable conversations with the team.
