Incredibly extensive for what they ultimately offered as a base salary. Total of 5 rounds - 1-3 hours of work required for each. Extended a low ball offer after I communicated what level I wanted to come in as and my comp expectations. Recruiter was wonderful but the hiring team did not have realistic expectations re: market rate for the talent they wanted to attract.

So many questions. They take you through a 5 round process including a phone screening, personality assessment, poorly constructed case study, hiring manager meeting, and executive panel. It was all quite ridiculous and came across as disrespectful - especially since they ultimately offered me 20k under what I told them was my base (like what?).
