I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn, and initially just wanted to learn more about a company I've been interested in for a while. In the way the role was described, it was clear I really enjoyed the sound of the culture and duties. I met the managing team in a second interview early the following week, and they were wonderful in answering any questions I had and really ironing out what the expectations and dynamics are. After that, I received an offer which I initially declined, but my recruiter and I were able to negotiate a counter-offer, which I ultimately accepted. Very lucky to have been contacted by a receptive recruiter like Mila, and meeting such open and honest team leads!

Great interview process, HR kept me updated the entire way, had a few rounds so it was a bit lengthy in terms of hearing back, but overall a very fair interview process.
