The process was extremely straightforward. There were two phone interviews discussing the kind of assignments they have available and what would fit comfortably for someone with my kind of experience. We discussed my experience in depth, desired salary, my skill set and shift presence. We discussed how far I was willing to travel and the compensation packet.
