Pretty horrendous experience, having dedicated quite some time and effort to c. 5 rounds of interviews, including a case study, only to be completely ghosted at the end of the process for almost 2 weeks. Horrible way to treat candidates.

First meeting with hiring manager (VC). Second round with hiring manager and other heads of departments (in person). Third round case study and interviews with team members (VC). Fourth round meeting with senior management (in person). Interviews were well organized and flowed smoothly. Feedback was provided pretty quickly after each round - whole process took approx. 4-5 weeks. Friendly people! Couldn't reach agreement in relation to role/package. Offer could have been more competitive.
