Initially I was contacted by a recruiter then had 3 follow-up interviews with team leaders and upper management. Everyone I spoke with was very personable and genuinely cared about my past experiences/willingly shared theirs. I could definitely relate to previously working at a bigger, "factory-like" corporation and it was refreshing to hear, moreover see how they value culture here at CrossCountry.
