Scheduled a phone interview with HR and 2 days later they tell me that they don`t recruit for the role anymore as their needs have changed. Inquired about the same role available in other cities and listed on their website but seems they were already making offers to other candidates for those ones.

Very disorganized and confusing process without clarity or sense. A lot of apologies and no pitch ups. Some interviewers did not even know what they were interviewing me for. A joke to be honest, i was asked the same question on 4 interviews. Stay away, I sensed instability and uncertainty here.

1) Initial 30 minute screening with recruiter 2) 45 minute interview with someone from the practice 3) Excel case study (pretty easy) + interview with the proctor who will guide you through it 4) 2 technical interviews with people from practice.
Overall, everyone I spoke with seemed very fake and their demeanor spoke to the off-putting culture I noticed during interviews. I would avoid.
