Initially reached out to from a recruiter. About a 2 month process. 4 rounds, with 6 different people. People were overall very nice, and very knowledgeable. The process itself felt very unprofessional. After about a month of no follow-up, I reached out to the recruiter for an update. Like a previous post, I was also told that they were " still working through some final details with our Leadership Team and hope to have an update for you before the end of the week." That was about 2 months ago. While the people were all a great experience to speak with, the amount of time that I had to take off to accommodate the interview schedule, only to be ghosted, has left me with overall negative impressions.

Very disorganized and confusing process without clarity or sense. A lot of apologies and no pitch ups. Some interviewers did not even know what they were interviewing me for. A joke to be honest, i was asked the same question on 4 interviews. Stay away, I sensed instability and uncertainty here.
