I was surprised how efficiently they handled the process. Within 3 days of a friend passing my info to a Crosscountry employee, I had spoken to a recruiter, met a partner and received feedback.
Both the partner and recruiter were upfront and honest about no immediate opportunities. Promised to stay in touch.
