Online Assessment. The most useless assessment I have ever seen!! I was applying for a Senior Financial Analyst position...I had to answer 50 questions in 15mins! Not use a calculator!! Are you serious? What a waste of my time! Looks like they really have no openings.

Dounting and very long, with low chances for success. The last part was real work test and it was very difficult. There are many stages of the selection process and last of them is about 3 hrs long
