A complete scam company and waste of time. I've been doing this for years and the questions they ask are completely unrelated to the job, completely irrelevant and feel more like one of those cheap, online IQ tests more than an actual skills-based, competency measurement. It's designed to fail, so don't think too much of it. However, what you do get to look forward to for wasting your time is the deluge of rejection emails they send, repeatedly... forever. No, really - I just got my 10th system generated 'rejection' email from a position I applied for about a year ago. And it's a 'no-reply' email address, so you need to add them to spam to stop them from coming. My guess is that they are trying to guilt you into thinking 'you suck' but maybe all these amazing opportunities can happen if you 'try again', as if employment is some kind of arcade game. After 'failing' the interview, I did some background research on the company, and it's basically just a scam recruitment company that harvests data for the most part. And for the 'lucky' few who do make it through, the job opportunities are mostly exploitative work. Honestly, I wouldn't have posted this review, but their near-monthly rejection emails for a single application from a year ago reminded me to write about this trash.

2 hours worth of assessments and skills tests. A ridiculous request before ever getting to speak to anyone. Even more ridiculous that the next step showed 3 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES of "Real Work Assessments". So the ask is "Do 5 hours and 40 minutes of work and then we might invite you for an interview". Unacceptable and tells me this is not somewhere that values people.
