Imagine an IQ test, but also the SAT at the same time. That's their "psychometric quiz." How completely absurd, especially for such a low-tier position. I've had senior software developer positions that were far, far easier to get into than this. As many have said, it's ~50 questions, ranging from English, to pattern recognition (if you've ever had an IQ test, you know the sort), to a large variety of math questions... in 15-20 minutes. I got about 2/3rds of the way done with it and ran out of time, and failed the process entirely. All questions were correctly answered, so I assume it was because not all were answered.
