Tedious, pointless. They demand that you undertake assignments with ridiculous time frames. For e.g., they say that a particular part should be completed within an hour but they know very well that it can't so they don't put a timer on it.

I originally applied for a position that I had all of requirements for but after the first basic fit assessment was told by it's AI that I was not a fit. I found another position that I also fit my background. After answering the first basic fit assessment I was presented with a second assessment section. I completed the assessment and subsequently was told I failed. As with other posters, I was given no other information about what score I did achieve. As far as I am concerned any company that values AI generated assessments to ascertain if a candidate for a position is not a company I want to work for. Assessments are inherently biased and to ask candidates to spend time completing them is biased against candidates who are not assessment proficient.
