      The process required a series of online task and competency assessments, which is standard. The actual platform and tests were straightforward and easy to use. These were followed by video answers to both hypothetical scenarios and personal motivations. Again, that is relatively standard and expected. It actually gave me hope that they were interested in getting to know candidates for more than what is on a resume/CV. I waited a few days without a response, and while I waited, I decided to look into the company more. As I started to do more research into Crossover as a hiring site, I learned that they have incredibly high turnover as a contracting platform. I feel like the job listings are not an accurate representation of the role and what the company actually requires. They offer appealing salaries but at a high personal cost. I chose to end the application process when I read that. I received the rejection email not long after (felt like I dodged a bullet). Some may say my negative review is just me being bitter that I was not hired, but I have received many rejections, and this is one of the only companies I would say anything negative about.
