Crossover for work has an interesting interview process. You can expect to take a series of online tests (e.g cognitive aptitude test , English proficiency etc) that test your suitability as a candidate. While I understand the rationale behind this is probably to weed out candidates, I'm certain that Crossover is losing some genuinely good candidates just because they're unable to score in the 90th percentile for an aptitude test. Just a heads up to future candidates, on the Cognitive Aptitude test you have 15 minutes to answer 50 questions, which include maths, english, and some logic puzzles. Skip any questions which take too long to calculate as you have roughly 18 seconds per questions if you're trying to get through all 50 questions. You don't get penalized for wrong answers so just skip the math questions and go straight to the English and puzzles those are much easier to solve.
