I applied for the senior generative AI position online. I had to do a series of tests which took about a total of 7 hours. I scored full points in all of these tests, except for English ability, where I got 3/4. Some of these tests involved camera / audio to make sure no cheating was involved. The last test was a 3 hour test handcrafted by the company, also I scored full points. After all of this, I did not hear anything back and got a rejection after 2 weeks. After I asked support on what reason the rejection was, I did not get any helpful information.
