Two phone calls and three demo calls you have to make and be "graded" on while calling with actual patients. They had a great informative onboarding and PDF to walk you through the actual job too.

They asked about calling experience, and what values drive you.
First is a phone call where they ask you basic questions to make sure you can do the job and then afterwards a mock interview/assessment where you practice asking questions. Easy process
