I got reached out by a recruiter for this role and had a 30 min conversation with them about the role, client I would work on, and walking through my background. I passed the screening and moved onto the hiring manager, but this interview was where I felt that this wasn't the role for me. A number of the questions the HM were asking did not have to do with the role and also at times she wouldn't be satisfied with answers and also appeared annoyed when making corrections to her. The major red flag I did get was when we were on our call, she kept getting pinged by executives which showed me that work life balance isn't really valued. In the end, I ended up being ghosted as I never got an email back from them, but for the best since they really don't value w/l balance.
