Had a phone/video interview with the hiring manager as the first round. The manager was friendly and I felt good energy about the company. Second step was a take-home coding assignment. Third step was supposed to be a review of the take-home assignment with the engineers. However, I never heard back from the manager after I submitted my take-home assignment, even after follow-up emails, so I assume that means rejection.

I had a first phone screen interview with a head of engineer, getting to know them - easy and simple. The next round was a 2 hours take-home assessment. I would say that the take-home assessment seems simple and straightforward for someone who "know the topic"... What I mean is that, basically, they asked me to create a REST API, when I have already informed them before that I had 0 experience with back-end (web development). I pretty much had to learn on the fly. Also, I supposed to meet with engineers to talk about my solutions for the assessment. That did not happen - they ghosted me.
