First a call 1:1 to check if I was fit for the job. Then a first interview followed. I had to call a few times to see what the status was, it took some time. Eventuelly had an invite for a second interview.

They invited me for a second interview which contained a full afternoon of training. Good idea, to see what the job entitled.
