      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 5 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso CrowdStrike (Los Angeles, CA) nel mese di gen 2018

      Colloquio

      Had 3 very pleasant phone interviews and received a design test, all within a 5 month period, and in that period I had been told they would call back next week multiple times, then dead-cold no response for weeks/almost months, then they re-contacted me and then dead-cold no response again for weeks/almost months. I would call and email the recruiter multiple times to follow up on their word *THEY gave me* on when they were going to get back to me, no responses for weeks/almost months. They even told me that they were going to set me up with a 4th interview, but left me dead-cold hanging again. In between they gave me a design test and deadline 5 days later (over Easter weekend), which I completed and sent to them a day early, then again no response at all for weeks, not even a confirmation on if they've received my design test that I worked hard to turn in decent work by the deadline over the family holiday; in fact, they've never have confirmed that they have received my work! The recruiter finally got back to me last week saying that they left a voicemail on my phone a few weeks ago with update that they were not going to hire someone for the position after all, which I believe them saying they left a voicemail is lie because we've only had phone interviews so they know exactly where to reach me and I was always waiting in anticipation for them to call me back and I definitely wouldn't have missed that phone call or voicemail. I totally understand that a corporate company can do what it want in their hiring practices and owes nothing to me, but when your representatives makes continual promises to call back at a certain time, then break their word over and over and over again, it reflects a business immaturity, lack of respect toward people's livelihood trying to find work, and a lack of business integrity, maybe indicative of what it’s like internally. I hope in the future they can learn to respect their candidates as human beings with high hopes like themselves just trying to make a decent living.
