Recruiter approached me online. It was followed up by me sending CV and then a introduction call with the recruiter. These were followed up by 2 phone screens just within a week. Its been 3 weeks they never reported me the outcome of the interview. Courtesy is missing. I cannot infer anything. Possibilities: 1.I was so pathetic in the interview that they don't care to let me know the outcome because they will never consider me in the future. 2. I was ok but not excellent in the interview and hence they do not want to reject me but are keeping me in contention while they are searching for new candidates. 3. They forgot to communicate that they I was rejected.. Not a pleasant experience.
