Interview process took a month, about once a week with a total of 7 people. Half the interviewers were nice but 2/3 hiring managers were cold and uninterested in you although they were the ones hiring and moving me into the various rounds. Interviewers tended to ask repetitive questions (from each round) and by the third round asking the same questions, it threw me off since I had already explained myself before and not sure why they were asking me the same question.
One of the interviews required a mock meeting facilitation and the hiring manager was curt, cold, spoke quickly using specific company jargon and basically felt like "pulling teeth" and was looking for me to fail (maybe that was the point?).
Overall hiring managers were very serious, cold, and not very interested in the person they were hiring. Just interested in getting through the interview questions and seeing if you check their boxes. Seemed to forget that this is a 2 way interview.

The first stage was what you would expect from a call with an internal recruiter. She was very friendly, asked good questions about my experience and then provided good information about the role/next stages. She was knowledgeable about the company, team structure, role, etc. She answered all my questions well.
The second stage was a different story. The two programme managers were pleasant enough but the interview was transactional and lacked personal touch. They had a set of 15 questions to go through. There was little response to any of my answers, some nods and smiles here and there but no follow up questions, no clarifications, almost as if they were just following a script to take notes. Even providing relatively concise answers this section took 55 minutes so I was left with 5 minutes to ask questions (they stayed on for 5 extra minutes). I was left feeling they were interviewing me and there was no space for me to interview them.
I was provided feedback on the same day. I was unsuccessful so I didn't get to do the final stage which I was told would have been a Zoom call with the Hiring Manager and another Senior Manager. This would have been a two part interview - part one: role play of a kick of meeting (you are given a scenario to prepare ahead of the interview); part 2: Q&A.

The process was one of the best processes I had in the industry.
I had a call with HR, a peer interview, and a Manager interview including a home task.
Every one of the steps was super professional and very, very nice.
