I was expecting more from this company but they don't even follow up with applicants. One of the worse experences interviewing.

Screening and second interview were straightforward. The panel process was not: weeks of scheduling delays, less than 24 hours’ notice to prepare a 90-minute panel, and an unexpected language change request mid-presentation. The interview was postponed with a promise to reschedule in person, but no invite was ever sent. I followed up and got no response.

Extremely lengthy interview process, which wasn't abnormal in my search. However, many of the interviewers showed up not knowing the agenda for the call, leaving me to lead the call and clarify the purpose. If anything, it felt very clearly like I was one of many candidates.

There was 4 interviews and a final to let you know whether or not you got the job. Very intensive where you create a demo to a business and role play a 45 minute pitch
