Two rounds: one with recruiter, one with partner. No technical questions. Behavioral: why this location, why consulting, TMABY, why Crowe. Partner interview very brief, interviewee led. Overall pretty easy. Make sure to have questions ready because there is a lack of structure to the interviews.

One behavioral interview, was really casual and they want you to succeed. Had a phone screen before but that was less than five minutes. Nice people to talk to and felt really comfortable.
