The interview was pretty delight and conversational. The overall atmosphere was very friendly I was interviewed by two interviewers and supposedly one is for behavioral and the other for competence. But to me they were both very behavioral and not too much technical questions at all. Be ready for those typical behavioral questions

They really just wanted to know if you were a good fit for there company. They asked behavioral questions. Like what were your weakness and strengths. They also asked situational questions. They may have asked one technical question about the financial statements.

There were two thirty minute interviews on campus following a pre-interview party the night before. Conversational interview. They asked some behavior questions, but not very intense questions. They were easy to answer. Then invited to office visit and pre-party the night before. The second round was a week after the first. The interviewers were at the party the night before and were very friendly at both the event and the interviews. They were forthcoming about the next steps in the process and I heard back about the second interview the next business day.

The interview process consisted of an on campus interview with the recruiter for 30min each after a recruiting session 2 weeks before, I then I got an email for a 2nd round interview at their offices. Their second round was in the Chicago offices and they told me they would let me know in the next couple of weeks

It was more of a conversation than an interview. They asked about some analytical skills as well as my soft skills.
