I applied through my business college and also went to the career fair to introduce myself. I received an interview opportunity and scheduled it. At the first interview I spent half an hour with a tax person from one office and the other half with an audit person from another office. Each person had a different style of interviewing which was nice. About a week later I got an email that I had made it to second round interviews and what the date was at the office. I couldn't make that date so they eventually asked me to go to lunch and gave me a chance to ask questions. At the end of the lunch they offered me a position.
