Received a phone call from a recruiter hired by Crown Castle - SCOM. Asked to provide updated resume. Recruiter did not know the job position well and was very unprofessional. Scheduled a follow-up telephone interview and failed to call. Would not return my phone calls or emails. I even emailed questions about the job before the scheduled telephone interview and did not hear back. Honestly, I think this was just a ploy to collect an updated resume for their records.
